By booking classes, purchasing packages or memberships, or participating in sessions at Núeme Pilates (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Participation in Pilates classes and use of studio equipment involves inherent risks of injury. By participating, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of doing so and assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur. You release [Studio Name], its instructors, staff, and agents from any liability for injuries sustained during participation, except where caused by our gross negligence. You confirm that you have consulted with a healthcare provider if you have any medical conditions that might affect your ability to safely participate. You agree to follow all instructor guidance, studio rules, safety briefings, and warning signs.
You are responsible for disclosing any health conditions or injuries before participation. If conditions change, you must inform us. If in doubt about your ability to participate safely, seek guidance from a medical professional. Follow all health & safety protocols implemented by the studio.
All purchases at Núeme Pilates are final and non-refundable, including class packages, memberships, and private sessions, except under exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious injury, relocation) supported by documentation, at the discretion of management. Unused class credits cannot be exchanged for monetary value or transferred to other individuals.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Reasonable notice will be given for significant changes (for example via email or a notice on our website). Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, e.g. Zurich].
If any part of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under Swiss law, that part will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
